Kid tried to hand me just my bag and not my drink and told me to have a nice day. Had to ask for my drink. Got all the way back to the hospital and had no dressing for my salad and no fork. Not the end of the world, but the employees here need to just take a second longer and check to make sure your customers order is in fact correct before sending them off… I mean out of the 5 people standing at the drive thru window, you would think someone was quality checking orders
This is the first time I have EVER witnessed entire staff ignore customers and not be attentive to everyone's needs. Witnessed one lady wait at register over 3 minutes as employees walked past her multiple times. When young lady did ask her if she had been waited on, she never apologized for the wait. Certainly not what we are used to from Chick-fil-a. Suggest retraining staff to standards that others are able to uphold.
