I was worried about having to wait in a long line to get what I went for but they had plenty of employees there to help with the Christmas rush.I was out of there with in 5 minutes!
I love being able to reserve a time and pick it up. If you ever feel like not cooking, the Honeybaked Ham food is so good...not bland at all! We had 2 slabs of bbq ribs, mashed potatoes, macaroni, broccoli, stuffing, sliced turkey & ham, & Hawaiian rolls. I just made some potato salad. Everyone liked everything!! I know what I'm doing for Thanksgiving!! To have the kids all like the macaroni is a big deal, so if I'm feeding more than 5-6 people or just want leftovers for a 2nd...read full review

Very well thought out layout for customer service. First person asks if you have a pre-paid order (and would send you down that line) and if not send s you right to the counter. No doubt Easter eating needs have forced them to be streamlined, and that is very appreciated.
