Little Caesars Pizza

I love Little Caesar's! This location uses extra love and attention with every order. We decided to try the calzony. They're always on the brink of what's trendy. This pizza fell a bit short. Not because it wasn't tasty. But all the elements of this pie were not cohesive. The regular pizza portion was great as usual. The calzone type pretzel crust was the problem. Company has promotions, but the website is not working. Called the store and the response was try restarting your phone. Instead of taking order over the phone. I think it would have been easier to take the order over the phone and honor the promotion. The world is truly becoming where customer service has no meaning..I appreciate the response from the owner and I hope you pass along my dissatisfaction to corporate. It is not acceptable to run a promotion and then not honor it.

I gave this store 3 stars because of the women/employee who talked harshly to the man who worked the front. He was friendly and great. He deserves 5 stars. The lady who worked in the back got upset because I ordered extra cheese on my pizza. The man very nicely informed her what I had ordered.
