I had an outstanding experience at Wendy's! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was not only delicious but also served quickly and hot. Cashier that handles dirty $ put her fingers inside cups to give them to you. Needs to be trained to handle cups from the outside not the inside. 7.30.23Fast, friendly & accurate. The booths need to be recovered.The salads have gotten worse. The chicken is now cold and hard.

Downloaded the app to take advantage of a burger deal but when I tried to log in to the app at the counter, the app refused to recognize my fingerprint. It worked perfectly fine the day before so I have no idea why the app refused to let me log in. So I left.
