Sam was my server last night and she was amazing.Dietary restrictions: I told Sam I had a allergic reaction to mushrooms and she was on top of it. She came out and told me the kitchen but mushrooms on my bourbon street chicken and shrimp and she had the kitchen re make it for me. I was so grateful to have a waitress do that for me.
Sam was my sever and she has been the best server I have ever had at applebees. I am a local and I have been there several times and my service has always been just okay. But Sam is amazing.

This is one of the worst places we have eaten dinner. They had no coffee, cream or milk. They were out of many other good choices on the menu. We should have been informed about this before we ordered our food. Should have walked out. ☹️
