“I have been eating here for decades. This is a great family owned restaurant… same family for over 40 years. Great atmosphere for friends or family to gather. Great food! Chose anything on the menu and you can’t go wrong. Pizzarolis are better than any calzones or Stromboli that I have had. Texture of the bread is perfect and makes the difference. Sandwiches and pizza are great as well! I do not remember a bad experience in all my years visiting Chicago Pizza and Pasta. Thanks Vince for carrying on the family tradition! Great job!“
“This is a lovely place. All the youngsters working are cheerful and happy and helpful. The only thing missing is the food.To be fair, the Fragola salad was outstanding. The lasagne was acceptable, but the pomodoro was thin and watery. The involtini was near inedible. Two chunky half chicken breasts that had been so overcooked they threatened to become molar glue, swimming in another watery thin sauce with barely any flavor. Very disappointing meal.“
“Exceptional service here today! The folks behind the counter were gentle and meticulous with our pizzas. Without being asked, they were automatically mindful of cross contamination of dairy cheese since we ordered vegan ingredients. They asked us for feedback as they assembled to make sure the pizzas were to our taste. They carried them over to us and the manager Michelle visited our table as well and we had a lovely chat. Everyone here is so kind! There a fewer toppings options than similar chains but this is the lowest price point for a pizza bar we've seen.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options!“
“Olive Garden has become a bit stale for me, so I rarely go. Some gift cards and a road trip had us stop in for lunch and we were surprised about how great the food was. The friendliness and attentiveness were just as excellent. Chicken parmigiana was great, though the chicken is typically thin. We were quite happy with our meals though.“
