At the very least they should have a sign that says “you must order at the kiosk” because the employees will walk right by you while on their phones and ignore you. They only have like two people working. Bathroom out of order. Out of several items. The order was accurate and the food was hot. Probably best to just go through the drive through.
We stopped in on our way to Florida with a car full and they were short staffed, only 3 workers. The manager, an employee, and a trainee. The place was steady busy and they had their hands full!! They all remained calm and worked hard. The manager was great. She was calm, good spirited, and kept the customers needs first.
