We have been coming here for a long while. The food is always great. The only thing I haven't found great was the style of chili relleno but that could just be a personal preference. The prices have come up a bit but they have everywhere else as well. The manager there always takes care of you and is definitely customer focused. If you ever have an issue, let him know. He won't let you leave unhappy.
Living walking distance for four years and the front sign did not attract me.Ordered delivery and was impressed.Had lunch today inside and was happy with the large clean area, good service and affordable tasty food.

I go to El Matador weekly, sometimes more. It has great food and great service. Heidi is my favorite waitress. She is very attentive, friendly, and great at her job. Try it. You’ll be glad you did.
