GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS BAYTREE TEAM ! AMAZING FOOD, FAST SERVICE, CLEAN ENVIRONMENT AND THE MANAGERS ARE VERY AMAZING AND FRIENDLY INDIVIDUALS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRE HOUSE SUB! MY TEAM AND I EAT HERE OFTEN
This place is AWESOME! I messed up my own order one time, I mean totally my own fault. I went to order another and pay for it but was told they would replace it free of charge. I have never had another restaurant do that. Always a friendly staff. Just an all around great place.

I had never been to this firehouse subs on Baytree before. They must have been training new staff because our subs were made incorrectly . It took over 15 minutes to get our food and even then it wasn't made The way we ordered it . But since I have been over to the other firehouse on Ashley I know That the food can be made correctly in a short amount of time.
