The food at Hip-Hop Fish & Chicken is so super delicious that we consider it a treat to eat here. I've gone back over the years for the fried grouper fish, and when that was gone I got the whiting. The fries have a lemon pepper salt that people literally ask for extra containers of it, which they kindly provide at request. I Love these fries. First time I tried this place. Service was kind of slow. But I got food poisoning from the chicken tenders. How do I know? Because that's all I'm throwing up now. They tasted ok, little overcooked on a few.

Everything is awesome. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because sometimes the staff at the N. Ashley locations tend know people and sometimes forget there is a line. The fish & chicken are always on point but the shrimp tends to be either overcooked or twice cooked.
