Customer Service needs training. Seem to discriminate against 'non college'. No initiative. You have to ask for everything; napkins, sack, straw etc. Then get attitude. Seem over staffed and not able to think for themselves. But it's the Customer's fault.Vegetarian options: Lots of choices. Vegetables, cheeses, spreads.Way best sub shop in townParking: Great

I ordered delivery on the app. Normally it is delivered fast with no issues. Today after receiving notification that my food was out for delivery, I received it 50 minutes later. I live 5 minutes from the store!! Numerous other deliveries and a train delayed my order. No apology from the driver for being so late. Our drinks were warm. All the ice had melted and they were diluted. This is the second time in a month that this has happened. Something has changed with their delivery...read full review

let me just say that i'm entering my second trimester of pregnancy & i've been craving the Turkey Tom. i've been getting this nearly everyday (sending my fiancé off most of the time due to nausea) & i've been really happy about it. tonight though, the bread was burnt/hard & it's significantly changed the taste. i understand they close in an hour, but was this the last bread? i say this with understanding during covid. but this town's performance of food service is hanging on...read full review
