A few employers here don't believe In customer service or simple kindness but the food is always good and hot when I go so thats what keeps me going back . I had an experience last night where the employee told me I didn't ask for the staff to not put any mustard on my burger when ordering at the drive thru . I wasn’t feeling well and and down after my brother past me and my mom was passing by and I was like that’s what I want and wow the big muther cruncher was on point the best fast food chicken sandwich I have had in I don’t know when it sure gave me some strength

The food here is great. The staff was friendly. My biggest issue is that I didn't like taking to the automated ordering system. I like to talk to real people when I order food. I have a large family to order food for, so I want instant feedback when I'm ordering, so I know my order is right. Other than that, the people I actually talked to were nice and friendly.
