There is no customer service. The man-woman at the drive thru spent a lot of time explaining how I should place an order for a banana split. Get a grip sir-ma'am, allow the customer to order, offer an additional item, and provide the greeting of the day when the customer arrives and leaves. Check yourself before you attempt to teach a consumer anything, sir/ma'am. Great service and atmosphere, the food is really consistent which is good. Very rarely let down when enjoying ice cream/burgers, sometimes the fries seem a bit undercooked. But it could just be their style.
