“My husband wanted BBQ for his birthday today. We read the reviews, so we figured we'd check it out. I had a pulled pork sandwich and fried okra. My husband had ribs and coleslaw, my daughter had ribs and pulled pork, and my son had ribs and the butter wings. Everything was amazing!! I'm not usually a pulled pork fan, but my sandwich was incredible!! Every one of us absolutely loved our meal. We will definitely be back!!”

“When Rancho Viejo first opened, I had 2 bad experiences - the food wasn't prepared as ordered, the bartender didn't know how to make a drink that was on the menu, and the service was slow. “Smoked chicken salad was good but not as good as I remembered it to be. I got 1lb 1/2lbs for $31, and that included a tip of 18%. For the quality and quantity, I felt it to be high, but then chicken salad was expensive at Aldi last time I shopped.”

“I have lived in winder most of my life, this is one of the best restaurants that this little town can offer. I recommend people to drive out of their way it's that good. They are fully authentic, made not fresh but super fresh. You can watch them from the inside making your delicious meal. My wife always gets the half chicken, comes with rice, lettuce, tortillas, pico. It is one of their amazing dishes. I personally like what their famous for is their burritos, they are giant, with portions that are remarkable, I always get mine with steak. If you are someone who is new to winder or just looking for somewhere absolutely delicious and your just craving Mexican. Speedy burrito is one restaurant I will always recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible, they don't have any stairs on that location.”

“There's not many breakfast places in Winder. But we stumbled across Cafe at the Lobby as we were walking down broad street in downtown Winder Georgia. The menu is very limited. Prices are a bit high for what you get. A side of toast is $2, as you only get 1 piece of bread/toast cut in half. A side of bacon is $3.50, and you only get 2 pieces of bacon. So you have to weigh your options on the amount you get for the prices there and compare it elsewhere. The food and coffee are fresh. The place is clean and the staff is very nice. We'll probably go back, but not often.”

“Food Coma! Mimi and I haven't been to O'Shucks in a while as we keep running weekend errands in Athens. I'd rate this a 4.5 as I recalibrated a 5 Star Review for my NYC Vacay at Michelin Star Restaurants. This is a great neighborhood seafood eats that we both like to go to being FL Girls. Normally we have the smoked fish spread. But it looked like there was a menu update and I ordered a Dozen Fully Loaded Oysters which were baked with plenty of parmesan, garlic, and bacon. I had the Monster Fried Food Combo Basket but I'm not into fries and coleslaw. They let me sub out for boiled garlic potatoes and fried okra. My platter had fried fish, oysters, jumbo scallops and jumbo shrimp. I basically took an entire filet of boneless fish home. And I'm usually a big lunch eater who orders extra seafood on the side. Mimi had Whiskey Shrimp Pasta which was a cream sauce with caramelized onions and bacon which I've had before and is really good. Today's dessert special was a Tiramisu with Espresso soaked lady fingers and thick cream topping. Mimi opted for her go to dessert of a brownie with ice cream and toppings. The service is usually always friendly and great at this restaurant. We are definitely putting this back on rotation!”

“We moved to Winder 6 months ago and we have been looking for a good BBQ place we have tried several in the area. By far Barbeque Bears is the best we have found. Their prices are good, their meats are very tasty and they have variety of sides that are very delicious as well. I met the owner, Amanda she was very nice and helpful. Try them and you will not be disappointed.”
