I ordered the 12 piece family meal. It took 25 minutes to bring out. The chicken was over fried. The sides were okay. The biscuits were really good though. Light, fluffy and not too buttery.

It's really sad to watch the downward spiral of this company slowly going out of business.I guessed they where in financial trouble when they started charging for extra dipping sauce. They've confirmed that by raising prices yet again on everything. They used to be a good value but are now overpriced. $10 for a breakfast combo will inevitably lead to even lower business exasperating the financial trouble they're currently facing.

Customer service here is extremely sub par. Went through the drive through at 2:50 pm and saw that they were closing at three from a Microsoft Word Calibiri font typed piece of paper taped to the ordering box. We asked to place two separate orders and immediately the person working the drive through explicitly said “Huh?” Tone of voice and attitude is a huge part of customer service and today customer service was greatly lacking.
