Make sure you check your order EVERY TIME before you leave the drive thru. We order here infrequently so I always forget, but my order is almost always missing at least one item. Super frustrating! Tonight, I showed up 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, but it wasn’t. I got all the way home and realized they left out half of my order. Food is good, but triple check everything before you leave!
We love McAlister's food! Beware when ordering online rather than dining in. Always check your bag when picking up online orders as many items were wrong and necessary condiments (au jus) were missing. This location is hit or miss with pick up orders; dine in when able.

Today was the first time eating at McAliser’s and I tried one of their signature sandwiches “The McAlister’s Club”. The sandwich was absolutely delicious. The space was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Sylvia was so polite and accommodating with any other orders that we had while we were seated. Sylvia thank you so much for your hospitality. The godiva double chocolate cheesecake was delicious. Thank you ?
