I came in with five kids from 12-1 years old to play on the gym. The place was empty and clean. Staff was so nice, offering to bring refill for drinks and even giving toys to my kids. They all smiled and talked to my kids as they passed. I really appreciated all they did. The little gestures meant a lot.

To start with, it was Christmas Eve at about 630 at night. So I expected it to be busier because they were the only thing open. Only the drive through was open. We ordered 4 basic combat meals and we were in line and the drive through for about 40 minutes.The food when we got it was cold and ice had melted in the drinks. I eat/drink here several times a week. Staff is always super nice even when busy. Staff even fixed the frappe machine one day (a week or so ago) instead of just telling me it wasn't available.
