This Panera used to be great but something has changed in the last month...there is never any tea, or lids. I'm a sip club member and it's becoming not worth it when I can't actually get the drink I ordered and have to settle for something else.
We placed an order for delivery and two of our sandwiches were incorrect. I called the store and spoke with the manager, George. He was absolutely wonderful and I wish all places offered the level of customer service that George provided. If I could give them 10 stars just because of George, I would. Give this man a raise!! Thank you, George!
