I went through the drive thru and ordered food. I get to the window and give them my card and they tell me it’s declined. I check my account and the payment was not declined as the money came out of my account and showed the statement. I had to show them the statement on my bank account. They told me they would try to give me a refund and try again, but then said they couldn’t even do that. So I paid for food that they wouldn’t even give to me. Horrible customer service... and the manager has no people skills or concerns for the customer.. if you can't accommodate people on food.. please go out of business.. people are done with terrible customer

Jordan M had the worst attitude. I visit frequently and had never received bad service till her. No hi or welcome in. She stood there with a straw in her mouth staring at me. She was so rude and really unwelcoming. The topper to this is I asked for a cup holder and thru it on the counter at me. I won't be back.
