Okay, I believe that when people go out of their way to be helpful and listen, that we should recognize, and thank them. I want to give a 5 * thank you to area Supervisor Frank Sua and to Manager Yolanda Acosta at the Pearl Ridge Dunkin Store. We had an issue that Mr. Sua immediately read, and addressed. Donuts are decent here, but taste more like they have been baked in an air fryer than dropped into hot oil. Not much of a selection and nothing I've ever gotten has made me go "Wow" It used to be the only donut shop in this area, but now there are more better choices. I won't be back
