Food is ok. Service is terrible. Shen we arrived there was no line. The two cashiers were arguing and let us wait 5 minutes before taking our order. Tall Blond cashier is rude.

A nice local breakfast place. The Trio of meat was delicious, the pancakes (we had chocolate chip and blueberry) were fresh and yummy, and our eggs were made to order. They used fresh fruit in the pancakes, way better than IHOP. The hot chocolate was also pretty good but the coffee was subpar. Overall if you are looking for a good local breakfast, I would highly recommend this place.

Food was good. Pancakes were very fluffy. If a diner is your thing, you will love it.

The first thing I noticed was the smiling faces on the counter workers, greeting us with a Good Morning, Welcome! The food is Killah but the staff up front of house are fire! I ordered their Sweet 3 and an Aiea Moco and it arrived at our table with fresh fruit and powdered sugar. They offered me to try their coconut syrup and it was delicious! Something I wouldn't have known to ask for. Couldn't finish all my food and before I had to get up from the table to ask for foil to cover my plate, the blonde employee brought us foil and a bag to carry it out. That's great customer service! We'll definitely be back.

Ordered the Denver omelet it came with no sides like rice or potatoes and no cheese in the omelet. Looks like they just slapped it together before they closed

I've been going to this location since it opened. It's really sad to see service decline. I called in a phone order this morning and the woman who took my order was rude in comparison to every other team member. The menu has continued to limit items since leaving Koa Pancake brand. I'm not certain if it's new management. Moving forward I will go to another location or drive down the road to Waimalu for my family's pancake and waffle orders. In these very difficult times, it's important we all keep aloha in our service and support local businesses. When we're treated like repeating an order back is too much work, especially when you make an error - it's time for training. Also, allergies or not, hearing someone struggling with a runny nose, does not make you confident in the quality of food.

This place makes good tasting meals, but each location has it own characteristics to how they prepare the menu. We like the Kapolei restaurant for the crunchy hash browns and corned beef hash. The Wahiawa location you need to go there hungry because their servings are large.

So funny, was totally confused about the name but it's Aiea Pancake House. Not sure if different owner and wanted to be special. It it's your typical local joint serving local kine faves. Stumbled on this spot since we were in the area looking for a dine in breakfast. First red flag was seeing the open doors, only because I don't like being hot. Be warned, there is no ac or fans. So you may want to get take out or skip them altogether if it's not a breezy day and it's hot. We almost left because it was already slightly muggy outside and pretty warm inside but there wasn't too many people seated. However as we were about to leave the space filled up and it got significantly warmer. There's also couple of tables outside to sit if you prefer. Auntys inside were really nice and the food came out really fast. Everything was tasty. Nothing over the moon but it hit the spot. A little pricey but at the same time common inflated prices. Oh also to note I love that Koa pancake house would squeeze the oranges fresh for sweet juice and you could watch them do it but this one tasted like store bought Minute Maid with that twang I don't care for. I was disappointed watching her pour the juice out of a plastic container.

Had the Koa Omelette and fried rice instead of regular. Bra their fried rice is MAYJAH and the omelette had so much cheese I almost fainted after my toes when un curl. Plus the restaurant in general looked super clean and welcoming 5 STARS !!!!

Food ok..service not so good. You would think after you pay nearly $20 for food they would not charge you nearly a $1 for the container to take it out, should be complimentary

Not sure how to get Yelp to change this restaurant to AIEA PANCAKE HOUSE. Everything looks the same except "Koa" has been replaced with "Aiea" on the signs in the windows and inside. Menu looks the same, too. We went on a Sunday morning around 10:30. We seemed to have come in between the early morning diners and the lunch crowd. When we were walking in, several diners were leaving. As we ate our food, a line of new diners came in. Some were getting take out. What I like - they still serve Scottish Bangers! I only know of one other pancake place that does. The food was arranged very nicely on our plates. Nicer than before, I liked that tiny improvement. Quality of the food and the service was still the same. Door was open and it was a little warm. I guess the AC wasn't working well. But we were ok - a little warm is not the same as hot. We enjoyed our meal and of course will be back.

Everything is delivered but my favorite is the French toast and fried rice with Portuguese sausage! The staff was very nice even while they are super busy!
