Don't get the shrimp burger. It's 2 small shrimps (not a patty/burger) that doesn't cover the whole bun. Lots of lettuce and it's either tartar sauce or mayonnaise (couldn't tell). One of the shrimp was still raw in the middle (hope I don't get sick). For about $6, it's not worth it. I used to get this "burger" from another L&L and I remember it having more/bigger shrimp. I also got a soda and the total was $8, I could have gone elsewhere and gotten a meal for a little more money.

Just got Mochiko chicken from this location and after eating most of the plate we noticed that there was a FRIED ROACH IN THE PLATE!! I am GAGGING!! So I called them to tell them to change their oil because this roach must have fallen in and died, and all they had to say was I'm sorry we can give you a refund but you have to bring the food back.
Old school L&L joint.It’s L&L, we all know we crave it occasionally and it’s fast food fried goodness.This particular location is old school but that’s good, the portion is HUGE so very generous with the chicken, owner provides plenty of katsu sauce and it’s like when you get Maccas overseas, you also get L&L as done right it tastes the same as when you remember it from your teenage heydays.Get double mac salad as it’s delicious. I’d rather more Mac salad than rice.It’s great food court fried food as a treat once in a while and the food is Ono !!Like I said, it’s a treat. It’s not everyday food but I enjoyed it as I only buy it infrequently, so the fried goodness was just what I wanted that day and my goodness they provide generous portions at this location !!Parking: Located in mall food court so easy to get too and free parking.

Been ordering a double cheeseburger all week this eeek for lunch at work. Hands down the BEST double cheeseburger I've had. It's homemade style. I went to the Kapolei location and it's super thin frozen like Pattie's. The Pearl ridge location has Pattie's that are bigger than a McDonalds double quarter pounder. I believe one of the owners is billy? Or bobby? Really great customer service!

This establishment lost a very valuable customer with their "bad business," by the Owner himself. I used to love their Beef Stew, but last night was different. It seems they changed the recipe and it did not taste the same. Unfortunately, I took two bites and threw the rest away. When I called this afternoon to request a refund, the Owner said the only way he could do that is to return the uneaten food as proof. Well, I ate my dinner "after" the Mall had closed (@ 7:00 pm), and I was not going to store the rest of that terrible Beef Stew overnight to show it to the Owner in person today. Despite the very high prices they charge, we would still continue to give them our business because we really enjoyed certain items on their menu. However, because of this "bad call" made by the Owner, we will never spend another penny at this establishment.

I don't really care for sweet food like teriyaki or the traditional Garlic chicken. But the Garlic Chicken plate here is BOMB AF!!! Seasoned in garlic a little salt and pepper. Highly recommend! The service is always good. The ambiance is usually noisy but what do you expect from a mall. My only concern is basically the food court should have a better A/C especially now during the summer heat.
The worst L&L I've been to. Chicken Katsu is drowning in oil, came out half soggy even though I wanted 5mins for them to cook it. Chicken is not de-boned very well, still got pieces of bone and cartilage. Katsu sauce is so watery can barely taste it. Rent must be expensive cause you guys cheap out on everything. No care taken in prepping, cooking, etc.

Hubby wanted to eat here. It's located inside the food court. The food here is pretty good. I ate the chicken katsu which came with a scoop of rice and Mac salad. Everything I had was good. Food was hot except the Mac salad. Mac salad had a creamy texture. I typically don't eat Mac salad but this was good. The chicken katsu was crispy on the outside and I dunked it in the sauce it came with. The rice wasn't mushy. Pretty good food here. I want to try other dishes they offer here. There's plenty of tables within the food court to enjoy your food. I would definitely come back here if I was craving from here.

I haven't been to L&L in a long time and actually the first time trying this Pearlridge location. I got the mini chicken Katsu and wow what a deal for $9 with prices so high everywhere these days. A mini was a good portion of food, two layers of chicken Katsu, scoop of macaroni salad and a scoop of rice. The chicken Katsu was nice and hot and the Mac salad was nice and cold. Perfect! The sauce and chicken and Mac salad was all perfect. The employees were friendly here too. I'll be back for a cheaper meal like this again!
