UPDATE: New Owners and new name: PHO LE: Vietnam Cuisine. This is not a fancy place, small little shop, with great food. Their Spring Rolls are just the way I like them...with mint, lettuce, pickled veg. And a great dipping sauce.Their phone number did not change. I called and to ask if they had indoor dining. We were the only ones there. I went back for take out. I am going to continue to patronize this business and encourage you do so too. Why? Because their food is too good to not make it in this pandemic.

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant. The people who work there are very rude.I would not suggest anyone to go there.

I used to love the place but it's really different now I ordered lemon grass chicken and lemongrass beef with summer roll and believe it or not I almost died literally I choke on the beef I don't know how they cut it but definitely I am not going back

Best tasting Pho in town! Their broth is delicious and the meat is great quality! This is a must have!

I tried this place for the beef combination pho. It was delicious. I judge pho on the broth and this one got the spot. Will definitely go back again.

Not gonna do it again. The pho is super oily. Gross. Its like I'm eating an oil soup with noodles and beef.

A phenomenal delivery experience that I unfortunately forgot to take photos of. My food was prepared and delivered to me in under 20 minutes, and still at a great, enjoyable temperature that I could eat right away. COVID has obviously broken my brain, as I ordered spring rolls instead of the summer rolls intended, but I wasn't let down in any way - the appetizer comes with sauce as well as some fresh sides of cucumber, carrot, and daikon, lettuce, and mint. This was practically a meal in and of itself - a small one, but 4 spring rolls could've satisfied me in any environment where I hadn't just completed an hour long workout on a pretty much empty stomach. The pho, of course, was the most important portion of this meal. As requested, an side of cilantro and lemon was included, along with every other add-in you could imagine: basil, bean sprouts, jalapeno, hoisin, and sriracha. The noodles took a minute to come alive in the broth as it wasn't steaming hot, but I had more than enough broth to solve this problem. The beef was a better cut than I normally seem to see at pho restaurants. If I had to be picky, a few of my onion slices seemed to be under ripe, but it was hardly enough to deter me from the extraordinary experience of my first meal from a restaurant in 2 weeks. Thank you Pho Viet 8, for staying open during this time and adapting to keep us well fed in Aiea!

Ordered the combination pho just like our pho we had in Vietnam. My wife enjoyed the chicken pho and stated the same. After speaking to the kitchen chef she learned the family is the pho son Nga family. We have enjoyed the famous chicken pho from Vietnam . The taste is the same on point you have to try it! If in Vietnam try Pho Son Nga restaurant they have a few throughout ho chi min city than check out this place you will agree. Yummy pho just like we had in Vietnam just 2 days ago.

Tasted horribly and I found hair in my food. Never ordering from here ever again waste of money and time.

Great Vietnamese food in Aiea! I've dined here several times, including one order through Bite Squad, and it was one of the first Vietnamese restaurants I tried on Oahu. It was years since my last visit, so the fiancé and I dined here again last night to recall how it would compare to a neighboring competitor which I will not name. The pho is still as good as ever! I felt eating lighter, so I ordered the chicken pho. The broth was a bit bland, but that's no problem as it's easier to add to a broth than subtract. I thought the broth would be perfect for a sick person wanting some chicken soup. We enjoyed the summer rolls as well. The wrapper wasn't heavy as is the case in other Vietnamese restaurants. The fiancé's pork and spring roll vermicelli dish was just right. Bonus: we were served complimentary tapioca desserts! There is a hidden small parking lot with an alley opening directly behind Pho Viet. Aiea Manapua's parking lot is second-best. If you're not familiar with this shopping center, you can try the larger lot shared by the competing Vietnamese restaurant, Tea Cafe, Pin Thai Massage, Golden Wheel, etc. etc. As you can imagine, multiple businesses sharing this larger lot also means scarce parking spaces. We did park on this bigger lot, so we walked by the competition which was clearly fuller than Pho Viet. That saddened me because we thought the food at the competition isn't much better than Pho Viet. We guess the competition's more inviting and accessible appearance with wider menu draws more customers. Bigger doesn't always mean better haha! With that said, at Pho Viet, we never have to worry about crowds and loud noises for the same quality food. Service is consistent here! Pho Viet is much more homey than the competition. The competition only has hoisin sauce and sriracha on the table, while Pho Viet has those two, plus chili oil, sambal, soy sauce, and fish sauce as table condiments! I hope they stay in business because I want options for Vietnamese food in Aiea! Living in Aiea, I'm glad we have good neighborhood Vietnamese food, not needing to trek into town or Kapolei.

Their pho noodles are packaged and not fresh. Has that packaged taste from when you buy the packaged ones. The pho broth wasn’t clear and lacked flavor of the cloves and star anise which is what pho flavor is all about.

I was skeptical of their "Best soup in town" sign, but I'm inclined to agree. It was really flavorful and almost sweet, definitely coming back for my pho fix.
