Cute little Taiwanese boba tea shop. Tried the rabbit signature ice tea, will like to try something else next time. I like how it was light and more tea-ish than being too sweet or creamy. I recommend this place to boba lovers.

Drink are ok but they are generally out of most drinks. Staff will not make or add anything that is not specifically listed on their menu ( extra custard or boba). Which sucks when they are out most of the drinks on the menu.. The last 2 times I was there the staff was rude, they canceled my 3 drink order to take another order because I was slow..

I came by on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't too packed and there's lots of available parking near the shop. The baristas were helpful and service was quick. I ordered a brown sugar boba with fresh milk as it looked like one of their more popular drinks! The milk was good although I would've like it to be a little creamier and it'd be nice to have more dairy free milk options as well (they only had coconut milk as another option available that day). The brown sugar was rich and had a nice caramelization. I thought the boba was too hard on the inside and soft on the outside. Overall, not bad!

Year of the Rabbit 2023 has been occupying my thoughts. Catchy company name of double use or twice rabbit seems befitting for an afternoon visit. Regular cup Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea w/ Grass Jelly, 50% Sugar, 50% Ice quenched my thirst in a satisfying way. Perfect cup when squeezed partially doesn't leave markings. Compostable sturdy straw is by far the best one I've experienced for an iced beverage. One fast poke with cover remained intact and liquid stays in the cup, not seeping out. Nutty taste from Japanese buckwheat and fresh herbal, subtle mint of grass jelly. Drink comes with one free topping and total $6.02 includes tax. Few beverages and some toppings were out for the day as I arrived two hours prior to closing. Accept credit or debit cards only. No cash or checks. There's also a sign posted on the door showing outside. Nonetheless, experienced superb customer service. Two young ladies worked well together to genuinely answer my numerous questions, offer suggestions and made my beverage. They offered a reward points program at no charge which can be used interchangeably at Aiea and Honolulu locations. All you need to sign up for free is your ten or eleven digit phone number. Quiet vibe and to go orders only. I envision making my way through the rest of the menu.

I have been wanting to try this place out now for 4 months!!! I forget every time they are closed Mondays!! . On xmas break and finally had the chance to try. Now the place is adorable and many drink options to choose. I ordered the brown sugar boba which is delicious!! Hubby ordered the strawberry parfait with the coconut jelly. Now looking at both I thought I might have to steal his drink but the sweetness lacked majorly for me. I stuck with my drink. . He said he wouldn't order it again but will try another drink instead.

We've only tried their brown sugar boba so far, but are looking forward to visiting again! They were out of several things, including almond milk and mochi noodles (which sound like a fun addition to any drink), so I chose coconut milk which turned out to be more deliciously creamy and less coconut-forward than I had expected. The basic drinks were on the sweeter side so if that's not your thing you can request less sweet. We'll definitely add a stop here when we're picking up our roast duck, pork and char siu nearby!

First, I thought that this was one of those cutesy looking drink places and just questioned if it was actually good. Well, it was super good. I had one of the Cloud Drinks, Sunny Day (Blue Citrus). It reminded me of my childhood when my cousins and aunts would put rainbow sherbet in the punch or vanilla ice cream in the punch with less sweetness. I thought it was super cool how the cream does look like clouds. The other people in my party also ordered Cloud Drinks; Pinky Bunny and Sulley's Cloud. There is also a cute background mural to take photos. Again, this is another spot where the drinks are as good as the photos.

I got the keiki size Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea with grass jelly. I didn’t know what to expect with the Japanese buckwheat taste so the first sip was interesting. The more I drank it, the more it started tasting like a fancy milk chocolate drink with a tea after taste. It turned out to be sooo soo good and I would go here again just for it.25% sweetness and light ice was perfect. I definitely feel like any more sweetness would make it way too sweet. The grass jelly passes the smoothness check!

Finally had time to stop by this boba shop while in Aiea! My friends and I went on a Sunday evening and it was easy to find parking. We saw a huge crowd outside of the store but weren't sure if it was for Ice Garden or Rabbit Rabbit Tea, so we decided to place a mobile order while relaxing in the car. Within 3 minutes of placing the mobile order, an employee actually called to inform us that they were out of mochi noodles and asked if we would like to swap them for a different topping. I was impressed by their exceptional customer service, and for reaching out in a timely manner. Our drinks were ready within 5 minutes after that phone call (4 drinks total). We were in and out of the shop and content with our drinks. I would definitely go this boba shop again and try their other flavors. I recommend getting a milk foam topping - it adds flavor to the milk tea and it's light! The drinks in the photo (starting at the top going clockwise): - Japanese buckwheat milk tea with egg pudding - Thai milk tea with salt milk foam and 3x boba - Strawberry buckwheat milk tea with milk foam and egg pudding - Golden Jinxuan Oolong milk tea with salt milk foam, grass jelly and golden boba

I have tried many a bubble tea place all over the island, and Rabbit Rabbit Tea is among the best at serving consistently high-quality drinks. I look forward to trying all of their drinks, toppings, and combinations! This location is really convenient and service is great, too.

I love their drinks and the staff are usually pretty nice, always greet me when i come in unless its busy which is understandable. there was a few specks at the bottom of my drink but I'm assuming that's tea leaves. I usually get a strawberry buckwheat milk tea with the golden boba. I also work at a boba shop and only go to places that have drinks i can't make at work so give them a try!

Hands down the best boba tea I've tried in Aiea location! They're generous with boba & cheaper than most places!
