“Good food and beer. My husband and I both really enjoyed the crispy chicken sandwiches, the sandwich is huge and really crispy. The hand-cut fries are also delicious. I had the tangerine wheat beer which was great too.”

“Absolutely delicious!! We had the fish n chips and poke nachos, both of which we knew were good from yelp but did not find on menu. So very good. Ordered a virgin spicy Bloody Mary that was nothing more than tomato juice with a bit of worchestire in it. Would not recommend that drink but fish n chips all day everyday so good!!”

We stopped in here before our A.M. boat tour for a quick caffeine kick and was pleasantly surprised about how tasty our coffees were. When our boat tour finished 6 hours later, we ordered round two!!”

“First time eating here. Looked for ramen place afterthe Kauai Sea Tours (Zodiac). Ordered the mini ramen, calamari and rainbow roll. Everything was delicious. The calamari sauce was excellent and so was the service. Will be back here again when I'm the area.”

“We have heard great things about this truck, so we finally tried it and are so glad we did! We ordered the shrimp tacos and Cali Burrito, and both were delicious. The salsas were particularly good, with the right amount of heat. I look forward to going back and trying other items on the menu!”

“Stopped at food truck on my way up to the canyon. Great food! I got the Pork Belly came with rice and macaroni salad. Pork belly was perfectly seasoned then cooked on a flat top grill. Great flavors and only 12 bucks! Must try.”

“The food is really good. I had an omlet with the grilled cornbread and hashbrowns. The omlet was very tasty. I ate the whole thing. You have to get the grilled corn muffin for breakfast. Their lunch is good too. They have local beef for their burgers. They are open for dinner on some evenings and the dinner is just as good. It also has a bakery with pastries and sliced cake. Very yummy. They have plenty of staff that help get you seated and clean up quickly so others can get a table. You order first then get seated. It all works out. It has a diner feel to it. You can sit outside or inside. It is a popular spot so come with patience while you wait in line.”

“If the fact that we came here 3 times for shaved ice in one week doesn't say how much we enjoyed it then I don't know what would! The best shaved ice I have ever had in Hawaii! Served with a smile and some local suggestions, a generous portion with naturally made fruit flavored syrups (you can totally tell) and a huge scoop of ice cream topped with some macadamia nuts and I am now adding them as a rotation into my diet. A small food cart, conveniently located across from a beautiful snorkel spot and some vacation rentals, there is limited street parks that we didn't have trouble finding but can see it being busy in the summer. Will be my first stop when I'm back in Kauai!”

“Nice cafe with a hip vibe of the 1950s diner. The food is well prepared with local ingredients. The Mushroom soup is very tasty and so is the chili. They have a lunch special with soup, salad, roll sushi and flat bread.”

While sorbet is not particularly appealing when what you want is ice cream, the sorbetto here is close enough to vegan ice cream that those who can’t eat dairy can have something as great as those who can. Both ice cream and sorbetto had tons of options and great toppings.”

“Kickshaws was one of the highlights of our intimate wedding! Their catering menu is huge, so it was hard to pick dishes because everything looked so mouthwatering and creative. In the end, it was all delicious and everyone raved about the food. Paulette and Seth were easy to coordinate with and they were accommodating of all of our special requests. Definitely stop by their food truck or hire them for your next event!”

“We are from Paso Robles California and I work at Sculpterra winery .. I was pouring for 3 ladies and Barb had told me that her brother owned a wine shop in Koloa .. I said we have family n friends there we will go! So went and met Dan and his wife at their store and made reservations for dinner at the Tasting Room.. we ordered sparkling wine .. the small Charcuterie board ( yum) we ordered the smoked beet salad and French onion soup.. we didn’t even get the larger bites cause this was enough ( but we saw the rib eye steak n salmon being served and they looked awesome )and then we indulged in the toffee!!We met Megan and Dani who were gracious and fun !! “5 stars for the ono grinds! We arrived around 9:30A on a Thursday morning. We got lucky and snagged a couple of tables outside. Ginas is basically takeout with a few tables for dining outside. We ordered a burrito and a mini loco moco with onions and mushrooms. The burrito was filled with Spanish rice, Portuguese sausage, bacon, ham, eggs and cheese. Very tasty combo! The Loco Moco was the BOMB! The best we've had so far! We shared a slice of banana bread for dessert. So moist and full of banana flavor. I had the opportunity to meet Gina and told her how much we enjoyed breakfast. Especially the Loco Moco. We hope to make a return trip before we leave.”

Had the French toast with bacons d eggs and loved it. Wife had the veggie fried rice with eggs and was very tasty. Paper cartons and plastic silverware so very casual. Find a table or spot in the plaza to sit and eat.”
