Excellent service doesn't begin to describe this establishment. Our party placed a extremely large order as it was to provide for 18 Soldiers. Some places would refuse such a large order but they actually temporarily shut down take out orders to accommodate and make our food in a timely manner. Our intent with such a large order was not to be selfish and deprive possible customers but they provided us excellent food with their excellent customer service. I’m from Cleveland Ohio and I have had tons of different sushi. New York, Chicago, and Cleveland where we have some excellent restaurants too.This has been the best sushi experience I’ve had. I did takeout and I have no regrets. I got 70 pieces, two platters and a speciality roll. All of it was fresh and tasted amazing.Thank you for the great service and quality food and making my time here in Hilo even better.
