Only reason for the 2 star service is because there were only 2 people working the front of house and there should be 4-5 peopleThe staff was friendly and sadly overworked due to lack of good
I must admit, I was a little apprehensive after reading the recent reviews of this place. However, I'm pleased to report that I didn't find any roaches or hair in or on my food. Ordered a wide array of items and there were no issues. Food tasted the same as other Genki restaurants. Please note: They do not use the IPad / tablet for ordering anymore. You can even control how long you want to eat 30 minutes or 3 hours :)The menu is thru QR code and you order when you want and you get you check when you are ready. Interesting experience.
