Damn inflation! I just bought one order of beef broccoli cake noodle and one order of roast pork and paid $42; $0.25 to have the noodles separate from the sauce. The serving size has gotten a lot smaller then I remember. I used to be able to get a huge plate of chinese food for cheap, big enough that 2 people could share. Not anymore Still the best cake noodle dishes tho
Ling's Chop Suey House is honestly one of the best places there is in Hilo! The Cake noodles are amazing, actually the whole place is just perfection! Ordering take out is easy aswell. 5/5 Stars for this place. ^_^

Stopped in on Saturday 6/24/23, and got a mini-order Lemon Chicken, and it was delicious, because the skin was ultra-crispy, and the meat was so juicy! I decided to relax and eat there, and sat by the window. So relaxing! And the owner Ling, who was my server too, was super cheerful & engaging in conversation! Definitely return!
