Happy National Sandwich Day! Days like this does make the process of elimination easy as HICraft Kitchen been on my radar for quite some time and I guess the location did give me some hesitation which is ridiculous...why!? What a filling and delicious sandwich for lunch! I got the fowl play and the lunch date had a salo sandwich. Fowl play had chicken and bacon with good flavor with pretty much a ranch salad on top. The salo was little salty but the ham and the Brie tasted wonderful together. They think of not your ordinary sandwich but some with unique flavors. Delicious sandwich on amazing fresh bread - the star of the lunch was the perfectly crunchy shoestring truffle parm fries. I could come back every day for those. Very friendly staff as well :)
