This location is usually relatively fast and tidy. But today during what looked like two people switching out or one trying to go home. What i believe was the woman leading or in charge was yelling, flailing her arms, and cussing at this local boy more than loud enough for us to hear, thank god my children weren’t there. But seriously it looked like he tried calming her down or ending the altercation but I was definitely shocked considering this location is usually spot on....read full review

Smoothies were good, bought a large smoothie white gummi and a small orange dream. Also got a pretzel bc they had multiple postings around the store advertising a $2 pretzel or waffle with purchase of a large smoothie but I realized on my receipt after I left I was charged full price ( almost $5) for the pretzel. My order came out really quick tho I only waited 2 minutes after ordering for my items.

Aloha as soon as you walk in this JJ. Since I had a special request the staff went to deliberate lengths to explain the menu personally and made sure that I understood my options. This kind of service deserves nothing less than my 5 star rating. The place was squeeky clean and my drink came to me with a smile. I was politely asked if I needed anything else by two helpful employees. Just some photos, I answered.
