The overall experience is fabulous. Mark and Peter are amazing ambassadors for the Class Act. Peter has increased the food quality and flavours to a new and higher level. Well done. Mark is so accommodating to everyone as a “one man team” during a challenging time after COVID.
This is the best restaurant on Maui - hands down! Although there's no shortage of good restaurants on the island, Lei's Family Class Act Restaurant takes the cake. This place rocks for so many reasons. First, THE FOOD... OMG! The menu's are carefully planned and executed. The journey of international flavors are an adventure in and of themselves. Standout performance by the culinary whiz-kids at UH-Maui. We had the French meunu which started out just so-so, Both the amuse bouch (a custard with a crisped prosciutto in an egg shell) and the fish quenelles were far too rich for our taste. However, the entrees (scrumptious lamb chops and surprising salmon} were real standouts. The caramel mouse was a perfect ending. The service was very attentive, friendly and very efficient.
