“You really can’t go wrong with this food truck. Good vibes with live music on a weeknight. Pad Thai and drunken noodles were phenomenal. There are so many other good things on their menu that we couldn’t get to try because we were so full, but we’ll definitely come back for more.Parking: Lots of free parking, although it’s primarily on gravel without lines, so we saw some vehicles that had difficulty getting out.“
“This was one of my favorite food trucks on the island. They understand vegan, you can choose your spice style, huge portion, fast service. The price was perfect as well! The pad Thai was the star of the show.Staff was super friendly and helpful.Highly recommend!“
“We are 3 Vietnamese tourists. We just had the food today and the desert sticky rice was super good. Completely blown our mind. We had to order 2 more to takeaway. The owner is a kind lady that gave us some free deserts. We realized she was really happy when we completely finished the food. She gave us the feeling like our grandmother. Always happy to see the kids finished good food made by her.“
“Incredibly flavorful food in a nice and cozy setting. Really loved the chicken salad - yum woon sen. it really put all the salads I’d ever had to shame. The red curry was also really good. You can select your spice level. We selected medium but could have easily ordered spicy.Highly recommend.“
“My favorite Thai food on island. The owners Sai and Mike are always friendly and give excellent customer service. My kids and I love their pad thai, and their dad loves the pork belly basil. The panang curry with tofu is my favorite, but also love the pad kra pow and eggplant basil. I love that they give a generous potion of veggies. The Thai ice tea and mango sticky rice are ono, too!“
“We were hesitant because this place was a little hole in the wall place... but WOW did it go above and beyond/exceed our expectations.Food was incredibly good, service was wonderful.Definitely will be going back here in the future and I highly recommend it.“
“We were so lucky to stumble upon Life of Thai this afternoon! They are located in a sweet ring of food trucks with plenty of shaded seating (dog friendly, easy parking). I ordered the vegetable fried rice and it was excellent. ALL the vegetables were SO fresh, plus a generous juicy slice of lime. The owner is adorable and so friendly. I was so impressed with the entire transaction that I had to write a review, which I rarely take the time to do. I can't wait to go back and try other vegetarian dishes he makes. Thank you Life of Thai. I hope you are successful here on Maui!“
“This place is truly a side of the road hidden treasure! Absolutely delicious food, friendly service, delicious food! So flavorful and cooked to perfection. The best chicken satay I've ever had and I've been searching. Def eat here before returning to the “
“Absolutely delicious Thai cuisine! This restaurant exceeded all expectations with its authentic flavors and cozy ambiance. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who provided helpful recommendations. Whether you're a Thai food enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this place is a must-visit. Can't wait to return!“
“My husband was craving pad Thai. We found this food truck while we were in the area.Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The Pad Thai was okay not the best.Appreciated they had the word vegan on the menu. The tofu cashew dish was tasty.Price point was medium.Recommend if you're in the area and want some Thai.“
“This is a unique place. But I will start by saying this had the best food I had in Maui by far. Food is just spot on great. The dining area is in a open garage area. You order online, there isn't a server or anything and then the food gets brought up to a window and your name gets called. So not exactly a sit down restaurant with waiters but it does have space to sit (or takeout). The food though. I had drunken noodles. So good. My wife had pad Thai and iced coffee and also loved it. Also appreciated was the ability to double noodles and get a fried egg for extra.Vegetarian options: It's Thai and the menu reflects the vegetarian options. Ton of tofu and veggies that you can pick, most items can be made vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Wife is gluten free, the menu is clearly labeled and let's you select gluten free. Tons of options.Parking: It's in a strip mall. Plenty of parking.“
