I love Over Easy! I love how quick the service is and the food is amazing! The portions are huge. I usually get the Kailua pig hash. You can't go wrong. I always have left overs for the next day. It's right in the middle of Kailua town so can find street parking. It's worth the wait. Plus they're so fast, so usually the wait isn't long at all.
Very pretty and laid back atmosphere. We enjoyed our meal with a view of the open kitchen. We loved the crispy mixed potatoes! The service was excellent, very kind and attentive! I had a half portion of the custard French toast and couldn't finish it only because I personally didn't like the center which was a bit softer and probably where the custard comes in to the name...
