I can't recommend Sweet Marie's enough for weddings. I have celiac disease and so my husband and I decided we wanted to go with a completely gluten-free bakery. We were actually planning to use another bakery, but they fell through, and Marie took our order with less than 2 weeks to go until our wedding! (Note: Sweet Marie's is now part of "The Collective" in Kailua, which is a coffee shop/ art gallery/ tattoo parlor... totally awesome/comfortable space and worth checking out!) I asked Marie to make a lovely cake and brunch for a special someone, and she was great at communicating and accommodating my requests. She even delivered the meal herself but had to go an hour out of her way! Her food alone was very well-received, but her eagerness to help really charmed me. I hope to call her again for more!
