I love Teddy’s food and come every time in Hawaii. Brought my friends here today and experienced horrible customer service at the Kailua location from Julia. She was cold and rude when we were placing orders. We then waited over 10 mins for the second half of our order to come out and they forgot the sauce. We asked to give the sauce and she said it was $0.50 and my friend did ask, but instead of giving us the benefit of the doubt as customers she asked to scanned the whole...read full review
