I normally like to go to MJ CAFE for their paninis or açaí bowls. Their Turkish or Med Panini's are my favorite and are usually consistently good. The açaí bowls, however, are sometimes really great, or all around terrible. What I usually look for in a great açaí bowl is the consistency of the açaí base. I give this place 5 stars for food! I don't bother leaving reviews, but this place needs the love. I don't know why it has a mediocre rating overall. It's hard to find convenient, fast, healthy & fresh food that's near my neighborhood. You end up having to go alllll the way to town or the other side of the island. Why do i have to drive so far for some good fresh food? I'm so glad I came here. I miss Panera Bread on the mainland (a soup & sandwich chain) and they don't have that...read full review

Update: I came back to try the new matcha latte and I would recommend getting sweetener in it if you don't like the taste of pure matcha but I have no problem with it! But anyways go try!
