Niece came to visit from Northern California party of 7. Called to make reservations for 6pm. They could not make time so had to change to 6:30. The owner was so nice to accommodate us, as it was a busy Saturday evening. Came before 6:30. & had 2 tables reserved, Thankyou to Mrs. Owner. Ambience of this restaurant is nice for a small place, customer service is good and food is tasty. They have a nice selection on their menu. I especially like that their combo deal can include a noodle dish. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is that the wait for our food can be a bit long coming out of the kitchen and when it's busy your wait is longer. It's because everything is prepared fresh. So for us the wait is worth it.

Typical husband and wife run establishment. The wait for the food is sometimes extensive but there's only 1 person in the kitchen. I love to order the 3 choice combo plate: chicken katsu, butterfish and mini steak sometimes I get the udon instead of the butterfish. I believe there's 8 tables but it's worth the wait.
