Food is okay, but the wait is always really long or backed up. I called my order before I left Waimanalo, and they hadn't started it by the time I got there so I still had to wait nearly 15-20 minutes. I feel like they just need to find a way to be better efficient. The cashier kept asking me to confirm what my order was. Ordered the Kalbi beef, teriyaki chicken. Sides were cabbage,macaroni, garlic potatoes and corn. You get to choose 4 sides. There were plenty of other options, like my husband got the kimchi for one of his sides. Everything was good. The chicken was a bit tough and super over cooked but the flavor was good. My Ohana has been getting Korean food from here for close to 26 years?!!! All my kids have grown up with it?!! The owners are GREAT?! THEY TREAT MY OLDEST SON LIKE FAMILY!!! When he orders food for me, they go out of their way to make sure it's VEGETARIAN ? !!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE?!!!
