I got the strawberry and it was disappointing. Rather than the taste of fresh cream and strawberry, it was overpowered by artificial strawberry syrup with the saccharine sweetness of a Little Debbie cake. Not worth the upcharge for this novelty IMO, though kids enjoy watching the rolls get made.

Good ice cream and cold. Nice choice of toppings. Basically, can you go wrong with ice cream? Limited options for us because we took the train to come to get the ice cream. Tasty, quick. Not sure if I would stop here normally, but that is most ice cream shops.

We ordered the mint chocolate and chocolate brownie. They were both topped with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Our order was expertly made and my boys enjoyed the ice cream rolls. My oldest son devoured the unicorn magic, which has crushed fruity pebbles mixed in strawberry ice cream topped with condensed milk and whipped cream.

At this time, due to covid, it is not the greatest place to try your first ice cream roll. You have to wait outside while being prepared. I got the chocolate overload, it was ok. If you like fudge-sicles in bulk, you will like it. The presentation was nice though. Maybe stick with the fruitier flavors.

Was so excited to try out this place! After coming I was so disappointed! Doesn't taste good, they choose the toppings for you. They serve you the ice cream so sloppy. We will not come back!

Really enjoyed it. We tried the cookies and cream and a brownie special. Both were really good but could have used more of the cookies/brownie sprinkle on top. Unique idea and worth doing.

The Smootea was ALL powder! The ice cream was okay! Save your money and get the boba ice cream bars next door at the Island Market place!

My boys enjoyed the chocolate mint and brownie bite! The ice cream was expertly rolled and made rather quickly right before our eyes! The process begins with the liquid ice cream base being poured onto an extremely cold surface. Then, it's mixed and scraped until the mixture forms a creamy yet solid texture. We were very impressed!

I would give no stars to this place if I could. First of all, you let 2 people sit around inside, not ordering, take up space, while we wait outside because your capacity is 6 people. I get it, no big deal, but then after waiting outside patiently to get inside, just seconds after we even get to look at the menu, you explain that the people from the train ride are getting ready to come in and we can't order more than 3 ice cream. Okay, well, there are only 3 of us here, do you think we're going to buy a dozen?! I accepted that as well, BUT the last straw was when you told us, "Well, you're actually going to have to order like right now, but we're not rushing you"... Are you serious?! Needless, to say, we walked out, DISAPPOINTED, DISGUSTED, and INFURIATED because of the poor (AND RUDE) customer service provided. We did what you asked us to do and we're treated less important than the next guy??? C'mon! There wasn't even a line after us! The place was empty after we came in! I hope those workers get some customer service training, FAST!

Bad customer service. I understand the 6 people in the store limit, but there was nobody waiting inside other than myself waiting on my order & the guy seemed very moody & asked for me to wait outside. He let the people prior me watch the ice cream rolling process and wait in the store before me. He seemed very unhappy doing his job. There is no sign that says you mist wait outside while the ice cream is being made.

I went into the shop to purchase a scoop of ice cream and was asked if I had just gotten off the train. I said no and I was turned away. The guy said they only service people off the train whenever it arrives. There were no signs on the door stating this train only policy and no one in the ice cream shop! The train had just stopped and there was barely anyone on it. Why on earth would any business turn people away, esp as most companies are trying to financially recover from COVID closures!?! It made no sense. The local community is who helped keep local businesses open when there were no tourists!

This is probably not the best review to add but the older Two Scoops ice cream shop was a MUCH better experience than this. Customer service is fine. The product is artificial. They added powdered flavoring to the milk based liquid that was frozen to form the ice cream "rolls". We had the Very Strawberry and it was like eating candy flavored ice cream. Best to head over to Island Country Market and get the Sorbetto next to the coffee stall inside. Horrible product (and I've had ice cream rolls in other places which was made with natural ice cream and flavors).

It tasted good but the order process could be improved. They have a six person limit (understandable), they have a dedicated exit and entrance (great) but the order and pay stop is next to the exit. They give you a number but don't call them out so you have to renter the store and maybe it's not ready. And if the store already six people you have to wait more and then apparently inconvenience people by appearing to skip the line. Last it's kind of an IG experience thing and by you having to leave you miss you on all that..My suggestion is to let the people stay in the store until done to get the experience, while not having people wait or the ice cream melt, as the slow part is the crafting now the ordering. Also change the exit and entrance door.

Seems like they didn't train the new staff long enough. These rolls are way too thick. It also seems like they used the cheapest ingredients. The icecream itself tastes watered down and the chocolate drizzle is just nestle brand syrup. All for $8You're better off getting regular icecream since this doesn't really count as rolled ice cream
