I had Lechón Kawali with fried rice, and it was so delicious, that I returned twice that week for more.

The staff showed much Aloha to us and the food is ALWAYS delicious. But, when it comes to atmosphere, the facility is in dire need of a deep-cleaning in the eating area. Heavy dirt and spider webs on lights, air vents, etc.. First impressions are important for any business.

I only go here when I am in the area. Sometimes not even then. Food not as good as before, lots have changed since covid. Now days I eat at youngs more often than Juliez.

There were 4 people yesterday, we dined in, 18 July 2023. 3 of us had food poisoning. I had the mungo beans that tasted sour! I threw up, had severe stomach pain and used the restroom all night. One of my friend had the bowl of mungo beans, and he was so sick. I wanted to go to the hospital, but I had a flight to catch the next day. I am enroute back and I’m still in pain! My 2 other friends have the same symptoms as well. I called and spoke to the manager, Julie. And she was nice to tell me, to seek doctor care, let them know the outcome, and they’ll report it to their insurance.

The chicken adobo didn’t taste good at all. It was lacking in flavor and the sauce was pale. Presentation was bad and didn’t look appetizing. The service was mediocre at best. We also ordered pinakbet and fried vegetable lumpia. After waiting for 10 minutes, we were told that they were out of pinakbet and lumpia. Not going back there again.

The place was not "clean", the servers were rude food not so good and hair on our rice. Such a sad dining experience.

We went to celebrate my brother's 65th birthday, we never been there, so for this area for Filipino food, yes to recommend. They give enough food to end up taking home leftovers. Service was quick, friendly and attention to filling water cups.
