Whoever was working 12/07/23 afternoon shift have horrible attitudes towards their customers , today they’ve ignored and neglected anyone outside of the drive thru. Even as customers were coming in I placed my order at 4:10pm didn’t receive my food until 4:52pm and my food was cold when they handed it off to me. My smoothie was separated so you can tell the order was sitting for a good minute. All I ordered was 2 soft drinks a small smoothie and a Big Mac ! Yet they still managed to get my order wrong. Had to speak to a manager because the workers weren’t acknowledging any of my questions or concerns

I placed my order at 4:10 for curbside, didn’t receive my order until i went in 35 minutes later. it took three people to get their staff to acknowledge us, after asking for a manager we were given our food but with an attitude. Our order was for 3 drinks and one burger, & our food was cold , and drinks/ice was melted upon receiving

I don't know what it is with this location, but I can NEVER get a correctly made burger unless it's a plain mcdouble or mcchicken. Any other burger & im always missing something. This location is quick but I definitely think it's because they're just skimping out on the ingredients altogether it

This mcdonald's is much pricier than others. My breakfast sandwich is $2.XX cheaper at Moanalua shopping center, so is the large cup of water by a $1.XX, and the hashbrowns! Shiet, even (down the street) Taco Bell's water's cheaper. This McDonald's location is a RIP

We stopped by for our free cones c/o the Public Library's reading summer program. Of course my youngest drops his cone on the floor but the nice worker/Manager who let us in the bathroom to wash my sons hands was very kind and gave my son a free ice cream in a cup. We were so happy. Thank you McDonalds for your kind workers.??
