This review is for the new take out & delivery store next to Jersey Mikes by Walmart. Customer service sucks big time. Who hired a cashier with long nails, she barely can pick up the change from the register. Let alone barely does anything. No one smiles there, I wish they kept the same crew from the old store by Safeway, they had things flowing over there anyways.Everyone that works here don't smile they look like their not happy being there, let alone they act like your bothering them, especially that young girl with the very long nails. Terrible place to go pick up my pizza, I ordered for pick up and had to wait another 15 minutes. Epic FAIL Pizza Hut!

This location is Permanently CLOSED. It's always been good to me. Sad to see it close down. But WAIT! They will be relocating to a new spot in the little plaza next to Kapolei Walmart. I believe their signage is already up. Pizza Hut is back baby!

Pizza wasn't even cooked It was literally raw Horrible! Girl on the Line at their 8086431111 Is hot even local I talked to a Caucasian girl (Toni) And she told she's not even sorry lol WTH Sad! Just buy papa johns next time

I have to say I'm unhappy doing this review only because I've always enjoyed Pizza Hut in this location and in the islands. I am giving it only a 3 star, which might be a little high by people. I'm unhappy because the business seems so much reduced from what it previously was. I walked in and their dining room was closed off, which I couldn't fault them due to the economy, but my wife and I enjoyed eating at Pizza Hut. Yes, their pizzas aren't the cheapest, but they were usually consistently always good throughout the years. Their menu items have been cut back, so it is harder to find items that I would've normally caught my eye. I ordered a thick crust Pan Chicken & Vegetarian Pizza, which my wife enjoyed easily, and it wasn't salty and a few days old by the time she had a piece. I loved their vegetarian pizza, with fresh vegetables and chicken with a creamy sauce. The staff looked short shorthanded, but it was lunch-take-out and early in the day, so with no dine-in service, a minimal crew was needed for take-out orders. I hope business picks up for them as I still considered them good on their pizzas.

Now Pizza Hut why would your employees serve me cheese sticks that look like this. My family are frequent at Pizza Hut and the pizza quality has gone down tremendously. This evening we ordered pizza that wasn't cooked long enough, chicken that was still very soft and soggy that I had to put it in the air fryer and overly cook cheese stick. This is not good business I spent a lot of money.

Normally my go to pizza spot. Today, I ordered a large supreme and a large pepperoni. Both pizzas were burned, hardly any cheese on my pepperoni and the pizza was supposed to be "hand tossed" but it was more like thin crust. Not sure what is going on but very disappointed. Maybe the football Sunday overwhelmed them.

I did a pick-up.. the front said my order will be ready in 10 minutes..which I placed the call 20 minutes prior from home... when I got my Medium alleats with extra cheese..I checked it out... -- it was Unexceptable. it was dry...and not cheesey...Very hard..and it tasted like No sauce... I got a refund. -- FYI..If Your gonna raise the prices... to make up Financial Loss do to the Pandemic..Put out the product. -- this will be costly for your branch.. I will not be Returning.

My kids love pizza so we order often. I am not a patient person. LOL. With that being said, I like to place my order online a head of time and pop in to pick it up. A good thing about ordering online is that you can view their deals, and customize your order (toppings, slices, pick up time, etc.) AND you can earn points which you can accumulate towards rewards. There were a few instances where I needed my order immediately, and it was ready within 15 minutes. BUT there were a few times that my order was wrong (wrong custom topping, wrong number of slices). The manager had it corrected. When you go to pick up your food, it always seems a little unorganized and chaotic in there, but I don't expect much from fast food restaurants. Definitely recommended for fast and easy dinner during the week.
If I could give this place zero stars , I would . Placed a order at 8 , was told it would be ready by 8:20 . It's 9 now and I'm still waiting for my order . Terrible management and everyone in there is pretty much brain dead. It's a Wednesday night. I showed up and the pizza is just now in the oven. Don't ever go here I promise

First time ordering from this location. Pizza was perfect (ingredients evenly spread out, hot out of the oven) and on time. I also liked the Cajun style dry rub chicken.

I love Pizza Hut I order it often, but tonight we got like the best pizza I've ever seen and ate......Like perfection!! Perfect crisp perfect amount of cheese and meat!! I had to call to find out who made the pizzas... thank you Francis, Matthew and Steven. & thank you Miulan for the great customer service :)

Ordered a big new yorker pizza which was very dry and the crust was very hard and chewy! Pizza makers need more practice! Horrible pizza!
