Kapolei manager and workers went over to rubys in moanalua where there are lots of regulars including me. The kapolei manager makes the schedules and gives all the kapolei people their normal schedules but then cut the hours from the workers who were already there. Sure like thats fair, i go in now and barely see the staff i used to always see when i'd go in. Now its just kapolei workers and i don't see how the manager thinks its fair to schedule their people over the original workers there. If you're going to transfer over then you're at a new restaurant with people that worked there before. You need to make it equal.

Oh man, the food here is disgusting. I got the cheeseburger sliders and they were ?Co-worker had the chicken salad and the chicken looked like it had spent 2 or 3 days marinating in the frying oilI will say the salad bar was decent but they seem to be trimming down on the variety of options

Decided to eat here with my family on Saturday around 2 pm. Place was pretty empty. Seated right away. Looking around the place, it needs a good cleaning, there was food stains on the wall of our booth, kind of gross. Menu is smaller and way more pricey than I remember. Our server came by introduces herself and gets our drink order and appetizer order. We got mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce, yummy but expensive. We got 2 classic burgers, one with onion rings and one with sweet potato fries. Also added salad bar to one. We also got the all you can eat soup and salad bar combo. Food came out fast, burger wasn't very flavorful but looked great. Salad bar needed to be refilled, but was okay. Husband ate soup and salad until full. We took out some leftovers because I was full. Our server was fantastic, I hate that I can't remember her name. She was on it, asked all the right questions for our orders. Was so nice and pleasant. She made the experience great!!! The bad part was really the cleanliness. Who wants to eat somewhere dirty with food on the walls and the salad bar untidy. Not sure if we'll be back anytime soon unless they really clean the place and maybe if it wasn't so expensive.

Had breakfast today was good and service was good, went back for dinner and it was horrible, forgot a salad then forgot the kids meal which was so grill cheese sandwichand a mac and cheese dinner we had to ask for them and that was after all adults had been serviced, and we waited ten minutes to see if they brought out the kids meals. May had been the same old excuse short on staff but hard to believe when you put the order in all at th same time, sorry was disappointed with dinner.

Ruby Tuesdays, you know them,good food, great salad bar, nice atmosphere. It's a chain, so you get chain food. BUT it's very good chain food that's stood the test of time. I liked it back in the 80s, and i still like it. Remember that old winter hat you've had since 6th grade? You still use it because you still love it, and it works for you because it has always worked for you. Yeah, that is Ruby Tuesdays. They serve a good product consistently, and that's alright in my eyes. Oh yeah, the price is pretty good too.

Super busy and way understaffed like every spot but we had great service from TAYLOR the bartender no matter! We had salad bar so no wait for food at all! Taylor was sweet, FAST, attentive and fun! Mahalo Taylor! Hope your people appreciate ya! Happy holiday!

Eh, I've always wanted to try Ruby Tuesdays every time I come home to visit my family. I finally did and was very disappointed. The empty tables during lunch hour on a weekend should have been the red flag. Walked in with my Mom and asked for a table for two. They sat us at a table across the salad bar. As we sat down, the table was being held up by wads of paper towel to prevent it from wobbling. The chairs were big executive square designs that did not match the atmosphere. The hostess said it would be a few more minutes before they can get silver ware to us because they didn't have any available currently. The waiter finally came and took our order. The food was ok. I ordered the California chicken. As we were eating one of the other waitress came and asked if she could take the ketchup bottle for another table. Didn't bother me but was that the only bottle of ketchup for the entire restaurant? First and last for me. I wasn't impressed with the menu or the food. Should have gone to Genki Sushi across the parking lot instead.

I made the mistake of sitting outside. The cats started gathering around me and it was so gross and I couldn't eat in piece because of my fear of cats. I told the waiter amd she helped me out. Thanks!

Waitress was wonderful and that's about all I can say positive about the place. My steak was not a 12 ounce ribeye it was pathetically thin and fatty. My friend ordered the chicken tenders and it was cooked so long it was tough and you could hammer the plate with it. Bizarrely they offer wine in small and large sizes.

Server was non existent and short while she was around. Ordered the 2$ upcharge on our burgers and still got sirloin patties. Food was overcooked and underportioned. Got no refills on our drinks and had to wait 15 mins for extra bbq sauce. Overall highly dissatisfied.

Went here 2 weeks ago for Sunday dinner. Knowing what to expect since I've been to RT many times on the mainland. This one is by far the worst restaurant I've ever been on island - by a mile . The service wasn't great , I understand many places are understaffed and the wait staff is underpaid so not expecting much. We wanted to order the trio appetizer which we were told they were out of 1 of the 3 apps on it but the price was the same ... doesn't make sense. We then ordered the shrimp app for $18 and it was fried tiny shrimp that 100% were frozen. It reminded me of the cheap frozen shrimp I used to buy during my college days for $5. Completely overpriced for 8 tiny shrimp with no flavour. The food was inedible . I truly mean that since my burger was undercooked. It was completely raw inside - which is scary considering I'm pregnant . My husband got the chicken sandwich and said it was hard to even take a bite because of how horrible it looked (I wish I took a photo) I couldn't stop laughing when I first saw it. It tasted just as bad as it looked. The restaurant looks and is dirty , the tables sticky ; the tablecloth is easily from 1990s plastic green and thick. I'm shocked how bad this was. I'm not sure if Ruby Tuesday corporate knows how terrible this one is but they should .

I lover their salad bar. I frequent any Ruby Tuesday's with a fresh good clean salad bar; this restaurant has earned my repeat business (they or 3 for 3) whether their burgers or fish & chips I am satisfied with my meals & service here.

The Salad Bar is great and had plenty to offer.Although, Wings were bare and no no sauce. I'd recommend asking for extra sauce before-hand.Chips and Dip were low on Dip and/or had too many chips for Dip they provide, 4 oz. is provided and roughly 6-8 oz. is needed for all the chips.
