Walked in tonight and saw the black sesame drinks that I haven't seen at other locations so before ordering asked the guy on the register if the black sesame latte is made with coffee, and the girl with the black shirt who was behind him answered with a loud "NOPE" as if that was not a valid question, even though the drink is called a LATTE. The guy then tried to explain what the black sesame latte was, but I didn't get a clear answer and ended up not getting that. Finished ordering and looked around the store for about 5 minutes, then spent the next 15 minutes standing near the pickup counter waiting for my drinks. In these 15 minutes I watched the girl in the black shirt walk around the working area, seemed to be avoiding making drinks. Maybe if the guy who was taking orders helped with some drinks, the wait wouldn't be so long. Only one who seemed to be interested in not making us wait was the girl in the green shirt, she made all 4 drinks that I ordered, thank you girl! The shop is clean and there is a lot to look at while you wait ridiculously long for your drinks, I'd recommend the Aiea or Wahiawa locations instead of this one.

Saturday 12.30, 827pm Been to several Icy Bubble shops - this was the first and will be the last time at this location. First of all, the AUDACITY to set your tip options to 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% - in what world does slow service and throwing attitude when a customer asks a question earn a FIFTY PERCENT tip? The only one hustling was the girl in the green shirt, this star is for you, boo. My custom ube smoothie, sub heavy whip add Oreo and cheese foam was perfect. 5/5The other girl in the black shirt can take a class or two on customer service - my bad for asking a clearly stupid question. I should have walked out with my money at the tone of her answer but to appease my children, I tipped 7% and waited 20 minutes watching her pretend to be busy walking back and forth while 8 cups sat on the back counter. I'll take my money in Icy Bubble Wahiawa tho, where the drinks usually come up before you put your wallet away and the employees greet, smile, and say thank you.

Absolutely one of my favorite places. I love all the drinks I've tried so far. The top of my list is the Ube Yogurt with rice, so delicious. I love all the items they sell too...I'm waiting for the transparent sticky notes to return.Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

I went here with my boyfriend for the first time and was pleasantly surprised of how much I actually enjoyed the lava flow. The pineapple flavor was much stronger than I'm used to, but I didn't mind it. The workers were friendly and made our drinks quickly. As soon as I took my first sip, I had a mouthful of boba and it was a good texture. The only thing I'd say is that the store felt a little cramped as it was filled with gizmos and gadgets. Nonetheless, we'll be back for another sweet treat.

It’s a cool vibe and the staff are really sweet. I got Lui Hing mango smoothie and Brown sugar milk boba. Both were very sweet. The brown sugar melted the ice so it was kind of warm. If you don’t like super sweet, make sure you ask for half sweetness.

It's like all the other S7 Icy Bubble spots. They sell drinks and also cute merchandise such as small bags, notebooks, clips, etc. It wasn't that busy when we went. There was one other person besides us. The workers didn't greet us when we walked in. We stood there looking at the menu for like 10 minutes. We couldn't decide what to order. The workers just stood there looking at us. They didn't offer any help or explain any of the drinks to us. We decided to go get sugarcane juice from another place instead.

My oasis savior on a hot summer day in Hawai'i...Gosh what a summer we're having and I see it here as it's booming with crowds gathering for that cool sip! I was in the Ewa/Kapolei area which just happens to be right across the Skyline rail station on the free ride weekend and seriously not wanting to join the crowd though geez let's just see if it's feasible. Long story short I hopped on and off on each station and no food or drinks are allowed (understandably so) and this was the hot late afternoon...gosh I was so thirsty!!A station that someone had pinned actually was over 2 miles away omg and I was just curious of where it was and checked it out and took me here in Kapolei Shopping Center hahaha!!!! Already made the change with Yelp at the correct location just was curious and yes I did check in at this location since why I not I was actually there and what else is here...s7-Icy!!!!Yipeeee!! All the signs just directed me to here as I was so thirsty then and there was a parking right out front of the shop so it was a breeze to grab a cool sip of my favorite tea and it was heavenly. This shop is nice and spacious filled with the usual fun asian items for sale along with a claw machine there isn't any seating here but the service is fast and friendly.Thank you!

What’s wrong with your cups? They keep getting cheaper and cheaper, honestly the plastic red cups from Walmart are either better or the same exact quality as your current ones. Do better

This isn't my go-to boba place, but I do like their boba drinks. There's a variety of tea, milk tea, and smoothies with a variety of toppings to choose from. Although the taste of the boba is a hit or miss, the overall drink is pretty good. Today's boba was mostly soft and chewy, with a few that were a bit hard in the middle.I brought my siblings here a few months ago after we ate lunch at Kapolei Korean BBQ since we wanted something sweet. I was disappointed to see that they no longer served ice cream, because I was looking forward to trying it after seeing it in Yelp photos of the menu. My siblings ordered the Wintermelon Milk Tea and the Aloha Taro, while I got the Black Cloud Milk Tea. Mine tasted so yummy and sweet that when I took a sip of my siblings' drink, their drinks were disappointing to my taste buds. Lol. So I just had to get it again today, while my mom got the small Yogurt Avo (without any toppings).I've also tried the Signature Milk Tea before, as well as the Nice Uncle Milk Tea, which is brown sugar milk tea with boba, custard pudding, and azuki beans. Both were good, and I remember that the custard pudding was soft, sweet, and creamy.Depending on what time you come, like when the kids are out of school, the line could get kinda long. However, the line moves fairly quickly, and they are pretty quick in making your order (maybe it takes about 5-10 minutes). I also think that the random stuff they sell are pretty cool and neat to look at while you're waiting for your drink. We actually bought some of their small, flat pillows today. When I first came here years ago, I remember that one of the workers was rude and she had a big attitude. That's why I hesitate coming here sometimes... Even though the rest of the workers who I encountered are fairly nice, I can't seem to shake off that feeling--especially since first impressions leave a lasting impression. I enjoy frequenting places where the workers are warm and welcoming, but sadly, I don't really get that vibe here. After reading some of the reviews, I'm not the only one who feels that way... I just come here for a boba drink when it's convenient while I'm running an errand or eating at a restaurant nearby in the same shopping center.

I like that this location is close to my home! Staff here is always so friendly when I arrive, even on nights it's packed. A few things to keep in mind: 1) You can't order more than 1 size. It's a 1 size fits all for smoothies (so I get my kids 1 to share)2) Bring extra $$! They've packed their store from top to bottom with dollar store things. It's almost like a mini Daiso at this point. My kids enjoy to walk around with me or play with the Lego displays on the wall. 3) Drinks are customizable for the most part.I'll always be back here out of convenience, even though it's not my favorite boba spot. Taste and price wise I know a few places you could get better.

They didn’t have the ube drink I wanted but was still good. A little too sweet for me though.

The taro coconut smoothie was especially delicious! Smoothie was blended well but not too thick or thin.
