3/29/24: I get in your drive-thru at 4:21 AM. You don't ask for my order until 4:37 AM, 7 minutes after you're supposed to open. I try order a hot mocha and you tell me the machine is broken and won't be available for another ten minutes. Moreover, that only got and iced brewed coffee is available. Dafaq. Quick service, but first Starbucks I ever had to pay extra for no ice in my drink. A different visit: I made a mobile order and arrived 10 minutes after my scheduled arrival. My drink still was not ready. I understand if it gets busy, however, my order was not even right. I ordered a hot drink, but received an iced drink. I just had to take that as I was on the way to a meeting; disappointed.

As good as other locations. But this places everyone here ignores you. I tried getting their attention to ask for a bathroom I was looked at many times and as I was about to ask they turned away and completely ignored the fact I was there. Don't even bother they're rude and unprofessional.
