Absolute worst Subway. I've been to many all over the island and US. They only give you 3, yes THREE pieces of meat for a 6". Other subways give double that. I actually counted! They skimped on everything. All the staff did it. So I believe this is what the manager has trained them to do. That is wrong! I researched it and once upon a time, years ago, it was 3, but then subway began making their neat slices thinner and it eventually changed to 6 slices on a six inch as the new standard. Also, they have no fountain drink machines and it looked like no cookies. What in the world?! My worst subway experience ever. The owner needs to take more pride in his establishment and follow the standard that ALL other subways follow.

You can't go wrong with sandwiches. My go to is the steak and cheese. This place caters to customized sandwiches but make sure you speak clearly so that the person making it puts the right ingredients on it.

Great service. My brother loves to try new things so he asked Aaron make him his favorite sub exactly how he would make it for himself and he made a bomb monster sub and told him that he had to have it with cool ranch Doritos. As a business owner myself I appreciated his salesmanship and upsales in explaining that if he's gonna have it his way he's gotta have Doritos which convinced us to make it a meal.

I would have been fine with this place had their workers not made assumptions about their customers. A lot of things have gone wrong at this location from one visit.I do want to start by acknowledging that people make mistakes and that's fine. There were two issues with my order: (1) one of my footlong subs were individually wrapped separately into 6 inches (this did not bother me, but is important to note later)(2) I ordered two footlongs. Both were supposed to be meals, but only one was made a meal. Mistakes happen, so the two 6 inch subs did not matter to me, however, I had paid for this order ahead of time online and wanted to make sure I got the second meal that I paid for. My main reason for ordering online was so that I wouldn't have to wait in line during my lunch break. The only thing I needed from behind the register was a cup and I could have grabbed the chips I ordered on the side. I did end up waiting in line for 10-15 minutes despite Gia, the subway employee, asking what I needed when she saw I had a to-go order in my hand. I get it. There's a line, so I need to wait my turn. Once the customers in front of me were serviced, Gia checked my receipt and proceeded to grab a cup, straw and lid. However, instead of simply handed me these items, she placed the fully wrapped straw through the lid of the cup. At this point, I had already lost a lot of time in my lunch break and now I had to take the time to pull the straw out from the lid just so I could fill my own beverage cup without getting paper in my drink. I also found it rather concerning that she had done this as the wrapping had ripped as she pushed it through the teeth of the lid. Personally, I don't find it very hygienic to use a straw with broken wrapping, but I was already running late from my lunch break so I had to go. On my way back to work, I had attempted to call this location and speak to a manager about my concerns. Gia had answered the phone and said that the manager was not there. I requested to have them call me back, but did not explain why I was calling. Four hours later after I finish work, I did not receive a callback, so I called again and a different worker had answered. I asked for the manager once more, who was unavailable and the employee tells me that Gia has told her about the incident that had happened today. At this point I did not know what this employee was talking about as I did not tell Gia anything regarding the nature of my call. As it turns out, Gia had told her coworkers that I called to complain about one of my footlong subs being wrapped as two six inch subs, which I had never once mentioned or acknowledged as that did not matter to me. I ended up telling this employee my concern regarding straws with broken wrappers, but after getting off of the phone with her, it did not sit with me right that Gia thought it would be professional to tell other employees what my "issue" was when I did not give her any information regarding the nature of my call.

Haven't wrote a review in a while but definitely needed to for this Subway/location. (Paid for meal at 8:09pm on 04/28/23) I needed time to look over the menu due to haven't been to Subway in a very long time but female worker was in a rush I guess to talk to her friend/boyfriend that was in front of me so she had an attitude. Definitely would of walked right out & took my money elsewhere but male worker/cashier was really nice. He was actually giving good customer service. Female worker should of just clocked out to talk to her friend/boyfriend & should not be rushing the customers. Don't think I would be going to this location again. Went in happy & left kinda irritated.

If I could give them negative stars I would! Ordered online through subway.com (door dash is who they use to deliver) and missing 4 items (2 chocolate chip cookies, Gatorade, and ma. Vickie chips). Called the door dasher who delivered and they advised whatever was given to them is what they delivered. Called the store multiple times just to get someone to answer and finally after the 8th time someone answered. She advised that she try to call door dash to have another driver pick up and deliver and if she couldn't she will refund my money for the items that didn't get delivered. I said ok let me know...She called my number back thinking she called door dash but no. Then she proceeded to tell me again the plan. I advised her ok that's fine and she replied to me saying she will call back with the verdict... now keep in mind this is all happening from 7:50pm till they close and still no call back. So I wrote to the corporate and expect a call back from the general manager cause customer service at that subway restaurant sucks! Need to work on customer service skills and if you don't like working there then quit! I was nice about this whole situation but with no call and verdict, this is where I get pissed off cause I'm left waiting even now when they are closed.

Disappointed... I ordered a footlong cold cut combo and my sandwich barley has any meat on it. The pieces are so thinly sliced and there is only (6) slices of meat. If I remember correctly that is the amount on a 6 inch. Ugh...

Went here this evening as a spare of the moment stop. The employees are really not attentive and would rather talk to each other instead of conducting customer service. However, the so called "manager" who works there is really just a child with a attitude and acts as if you need to bow down to her. Anywho, she likes to threaten the customers and she can't take it when you tell her the "truth." I guess it's too hard for her to understand that I wasn't scared or intimidated by her or her threats. She can't handle anyone who can stand there ground. She likes to yell at the customers as if we owe her something and claims your "rude" when you point out the obvious. However, at the end of all this with her, the young boys were the ones who were able to hold there composure and finish everything up. I must say, the younger kids who work there was able to turn a screwed up situation into a positive one. I praised him for being such a great person and told him he should be the manager. Thank goodness for them.
