I see low stars/reviews of this Subway and it's confusing. I've ordered there in person and through the SUBWAY APP (IMPORTANT) and never have ANY issues. As Subways go they're all pretty much the same but it's the employees, THIS STORE ACCEPTS PROMOS through the APP, and delivers via DoorDash through the app, and if anything is wrong on delivery they'll fix it or DoorDash will. I ordered a 6inch online and put special instruction to cut it in half and to have it toasted when I arrived a young male helped me and he said oh...did you order a 6 inch and I said yes and he said oh sorry we made it a foot long and I just thought in my head that's a pleasant surprise lol. A small hole in the wall at the KaMakana Alii shopping center. Store was clean, staff professional, sanitary, respectful, and fast! I just went with my daughter yesterday and was very impressed by Justin's speedy sandwich making.
