Tried to place an online order for the BOGO subs. I had a gift card to use and there was a left over amount due. The site does not allow split payments so it wouldn’t allow an order to be place. I went into the store and the server would not honor the BOGO promo because the order could not be placed online. Very disappointing.

Popped in to pick up a few mobile ordered sandwhiches. Jade and Heavenly created me with a smile. They treated the customer ahead of me with kindness and patience and I appreciated that. The sandwiches were made to request and looked delicious.

Ordered #15 Cali sub . There's no avocado slices, no mayo. Bought the pricier sub but got gipped. Got home dissatisfied and disappointed. Haven't eaten subway in years figured I'd try again. . Going back to Jersey Mike's.

Line was super long, there was bo consideration on peoples time, work area was messy, when asked for extra spinach, only 2 pieces of spinach was added. This place needs alot of work. Horrible experience
i am beyond pissed! i came in today and the guy employee started helping me, started my sandwhich and the lady employee told the guy to stop helping me and told him to do something else. He said "im sorry and that his manager told him to do the online order first" when he already started my order. Like wtf and the manager didn't even step in to fuckn help me. This is absurd !!

A manager at 4450 kapolei parkway subway named DeAndre Ree - not sure if I spelled her last name correctly - skipped me completely after another worker helped me with my toppings when she was supposed to take care of the rest. She didn’t bother to inform me, she had to help me too but only told me I had to wait, while giving me weird looks. I told the guy why I’m getting my order skipped. He informed me that she was supposed to fill the rest of the toppings in when I thought he already did. He proceeded helping me with the finish. The manager as she settled the payment, she continued with her immature, pathetic attitude. I told her I was going to tell corporate, and she still gave off her ridiculous behavior. She didn’t even hand me my receipt.Her name is DeAndre Ree and she’s black.
