Tired of this location saying they are open until 1:00 AM and they actually close at 12:00 AM Stop making the option to order food still when you guys are closed! Bad management and poor staff for CLOSING EARLY!

This location does not have good quality control. This is the second week in a row that I ordered food delivery from there and ended up missing one whole combo meal. Received the drink but no food. Very poor management. I know it's not the delivery service because the package is sealed. Very frustrating!

The food at this location is consistently good the workers are polite and work to get your order to you promptly. The drive-thru is sometimes slow around 4:pm to around 6:pm but not drastically slow. I like coming here for tacos and the other offerings.

It's official that this location is the worst store I have ever been too. But with regrets that this is the closest one to my home. Ordered my stuff thru mobile order. Ordered nat 2:21 p.m. , pick up at 2:45p.m. went to pick up and order wasn't ready. ??????. On top of that, the cashier ask me if I have any drinks? ?????. Don't they read the receipt? Oh well.

this taco bell is a joke . Even on yelp, their hours clearly say open 6AM-1AM. Ordered an online order at 12, went to pick it up and they tell us they're closed. They said "we been closing at 12". It's not even 12:30 at this point. The online order said it was received and it charged my bank account. Their only response was to call the mainland taco bell number because they can't give refunds. What a joke! Maybe change your hours online so you don't scam people of their money! thanks! Lady was rude asf and doesn't seem to care that my card was charged and now i have to call this mainland taco bell number for my money back.

THIS TACO BELL TAKES FOREVER! I've never waited less then 20 minutes for my food inside, and have never spent less than 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. They either need more workers..like 5-6 more at night..EVERY NIGHT...or they need to start paying more so the workers that are working have an incentive to move quicker. Also the drive thru, WORSE PLACEMENT, the line is always long (as I've stated previously), and you can never see the menu until you're right there and have to order already. They should have at least half a menu or a small menu to show at least the specials in the beginning of the drive thru, especially since you're there waiting for at least 30 minutes.

Understaffed, and generally slow. Frozen drinks are either out of stock of the machine is broken. They do not have the courtesy to contact food delivery drivers until they arrive.It's common to get stale ingredients here, and fountain drinks without syrup. Quality control is poor/ or they are too greedy to use fresh ingredients.This is one of the better locations for the island, but overall it's a abysmal location as far as the chain goes.Somehow they mange to serve cold food when it takes them 20 minutes to make the order. I don't order here if I'm tapped out for time.Really disappointed, during one of my visits, a homeless man pleaded to use the restroom there was zero sense of compassion with the staff.

So I shared a complaint before about my Mexican pizza thru the drive thru that it was like under the heat lamp for hours. But I went back order at the counter on a different day and I must say that they redeemed themselves because my order was hot and presentable.
