Had a great lunch here. Excellent burgers and onion rings. I paid extra for avocado and they were very generous with it. Loved the taste of the beef and the toppings. We left full and happy. Great customer service too!

Friday 2/25 at 12pm... Tried to place online order, it wouldnt go through. Tried to call but no answer. Got there and the store is dark. Door is unlocked, but no one is at the counter. Saw couple go in, then come right back out. I guess they're closed today?

Burgers and fries here were sooo good. Would 100% recommend going here. They also have an ube shake which was super good as well. If you like Nutella they have a Nutella shake as well.

Worst and disappointing fast food ever. It is overpriced, Giving wrong food orders, and bad/poor service. I ordered bacon cheese fries, and 5 piece of buffalo tenders. the taste of cheese fries and buffalo chicken tenders was horrible and soggy never come back to this place again. i suggest you get five guys (note: sorry i am bad at typing details)

Food is always great. Burgers are the best on the island and they have tater tots! However using covid as an excuse to not have an available bathroom is pitiful! Out of Order is BS and everyone knows it. I feel bad for your employees who have to repeatedly lie to your loyal customers. Your employees were fantastic! Very courteous and polite. They were working their butts off. So it isn't as if they had spare time. It looked like two of them were running the whole restaurant... so having said that. People staying to enjoy their food outside would love to have a clean table. Maybe if you had a bucket with a little bleach and a couple of rags we would not mind wiping down our own table. As it was I went inside and got some wet paper towels to clean the bird poo. We are Teddy's fans just a little disappointed.
This review is based off of the service. They made a mini shake and it was supposed to be a small. The boy had the nerve to ask if I wanted him to make a new one. I told him yes because I paid for a small which cost more and I already overpaid using the Grubb hubb link from yelp and it's a rip-off and I know better on that part now. Anyway, I checked the bag and asked him is that my cheese fried you put standing sideways and his answer yeah I guess so. I wanted to reach out and slap him for such a wise answer. If you don't like your job go find another one. This place just lost a customer because of the crappy service from the boy behind the counter.

Ordered for pick up last night. Had to wait for order because they're was a shortage of employees working. Double/tripled checked order. Fries were not fully cooked, still frozen in the middle. Kid's hamburger meal was messy and meat was hard. Ended up not eating the food for fear of getting sick. Customer service needs some attention as well as more employees working.

I eat here every once in awhile and usually the burgers are really good but today I ordered the chicken sandwich and realized midway that the center of the chicken was raw. They were nice enough to refund the order but I would stay away from ordering the chicken sandwich.

Placed a BiteSquad order at 719PM (hours mention they're open until 9PM) and the order says it's says it's being prepped as of now (846PM). My better and more polite half just called to check on the order which has taken almost an hour and a half "to prepare" and all of a sudden the status has updated.We have made many purchases from this location because we absolutely love Teddy's, but there are always issues with our orders. 9 times out of 10 we are either missing items or receive horrible customer service whether it's an in store order or online through a delivery service.2 stars for the awesome food at Teddy's but 1 star for the actual Teddy's location and how it's run.

The burger was soooo good! I got a hamburger with the special sauce on the side. The patty was juciy and cooked perfectly. I am happy the sauce was on the side as it was a sweet honey mustard taste to it. The garlic butter fries were good but a large order and for two people and very heavy. Service was really good.
